A standalone scenario for the tabletop roleplaying game, Shinobigami: Modern Ninja Battle RPG, played by members of the Adventures in Lollygagging Podcast.
In this scenario, four ninjas from rival clans in modern Japan race to acquire a newly-discovered dagger said to have the power to kill gods. Mokuzai, a puppeteer, protects children from the dagger’s sickly aura. Tina Takanawa, undercover as a local reporter, hopes to rise in her clan’s ranks and gain a spot on a national news desk. Morio, a professional athlete, undertakes the honor of retrieving the prize for the Kurama Shin Clan. Hina, a moody poet, heeds the call of her shadowy elders who see the dagger as a second chance.
